ABOUT THE OWNER
Meet Eric Wade, the passionate owner of One Fleet Refrigeration Services. With an impressive career spanning 23 years, Eric has dedicated his expertise to Carrier and Thermo King transport refrigeration systems. He's no stranger to success, having excelled at Carrier Trans school where he placed 2nd in his class, earning his certification in 2003.
Eric's journey continued with Thermo King, where he spent 18 years honing his skills and ultimately achieving the coveted Master technician status in 2010. His commitment to excellence was recognized when he contributed best practices to Thermo King Corp, particularly in the realm of APU units. In 2015, Eric transitioned into a Service Manager role, taking on the responsibility of leading the service department for one of the largest dealerships in the nation.
His expertise was so esteemed that he was invited to speak at the 2019 dealer conference on service excellence. After years of dedicated service in the industry, Eric decided it was time to embark on a new chapter. In 2022, he founded One Fleet Refrigeration Services, bringing his wealth of knowledge and commitment to service excellence to a new level, ready to serve your refrigeration needs with unmatched expertise and dedication.
